Thank you, and welcome to the community!
I have no idea how active this community is now.. But I just found it, and I thought it looked nice, so I'll try throwing in a few questions anyway.
I am currently in the process of gathering as many concert tickets as humanly possible for while I am in Japan this semester, studying at univ. in Kyoto. I am not very familiar with the venues in Kyoto or Osaka though and now, while looking at tickets for Nightmare at Namba Hatch, I wonder if I should get tickets for 1st or 2nd floor? Does anyone who has been there have any comments on layout and such?
Secondly, I'm rather sad that both of SID's shows in Osaka in June has already sold out... Does anyone, by chance, have any idea how I might be able to get my hands on a few tickets for one of them?
I hope trying to sell tickets is allowed on this comm.. Sorry mods if it isn't >_<
This is probably a pretty long shot since they're an indies band, but is anyone here a fan of Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas (yes, that's the band's name)? I managed to get a ticket to their December show through the pre-ballot, but have just been told that I'll need to be overseas during that period on a conference. Here are the details:
Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas
"NEXTREME" Release Tour Final
Date: 11 December 2011 (Sunday)
Venue: Daikanyama UNIT
I'm asking for 3,320yen, which is the ticket (2,800) plus whatever service fees was charged. There are auctions/third-party sites with really inflated prices, but I'm not seeking to profit, just want to pass this to someone who'd make better use of this ticket than me. It's a sold out show, so you can't get tickets through the official avenues anymore!
For anyone else interested to check them out, their website is http://www.lasvegas-jp.com/
. I'm really bad with genres, but I think they're considered screamo/melocore.
Thanks for reading!
Hey guys. Just throwing this out there in hopes that some of you are going to v-rock this year.
Due to good crazy stuff happening in my life, I’m going to be in Tokyo for the week. Due to bad crazy stuff I will be there on my own :( While this is not a problem at all (I’ve travelled all around Japan on my own before and can I just say that my Japanese is atrocious!!!!) I would feel, well, wrong, if I was in Tokyo and didn’t go to V-rock and yet I don’t really want to do a full day festival on my own. Last year I was at Beat Shuffle and Re-Classify final on my own and that was all cool, but a massive festival… well, I’d like some people to chat to.
So is anyone else going and willing to have a crazy Australian girl tag along with them? Main bands that I am going for would be lynch. (Hazuki love!!!), MUCC, girugamesh, Born, Screw, Golden Bomber (random, but they had me in stitches at Over the Edge) and then whatever else goes.
I’m not clingy or co-dependent and more than happy to run off by myself then come back then run off then come back then talk to random strangers and have drinks (I’m also a pro at smuggling drinks in and getting trashed) but it would still be nice to know people to go crazy with. In turn, if you are all in Tokyo I can take you to one of the best yet little known rock bars in Shinjuku where, if the right DJ is playing, they will bust out with some VK stuff.
Well, I officially feel like I am posting up a classified ad, so I shall stop there.

Hey, I'm heading to Japan in April and I'm having a little trouble navigating purchasing concert tickets. I'm looking to attend both SCREW's GO INTO HIGH GEAR Shibuya O-East final on April 23rd and one of D=out's concerts, either their April 22 (PALOOZA) or April 24th (Electric Lady Land).
I'm particularly having trouble navigating Screw's Get Ticket site located here
. It says something about December to January 8th. Does that mean I can no longer buy tickets? If not, how would I do that?
And as for D=out's ticket site, Eplus, I keep getting error screens. Any reason for that?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I'll be travelling out of the state on an airplane for the first time ever to go see Dir en grey XD
So, having never even set foot at an airport, I have some questions and concerns about the airport security D:
I have two facial piercings, will they set off the metal detector and get me in trouble? Or will they make me take them off beforehand and give them back to me? Will I get delayed and possibly miss my flight?
Also, I always wear a wallet chain. Same questions basically, but someone told me they probably won't allow it on the plane at all, except maybe if it were in luggage that wasn't carry-on. The thing is, I'm only gonna stay for the night, flying back the next morning, so I'm not taking much at all. Probably just a small carry-on. And being without my wallet chain makes me feel uneasy, like my wallet would get totally stolen if it weren't attatched to my pants via a chain XD;;
Thanks in advance! Any other helpful info for a first-time flyer would be appreciated! :D

Can someone tell me what a girl has to do to purchase tickets for the following lives:
Kra - Sept. 26 - KYOTO MUSE, and
Alice Nine - Oct. 9 - Okayama CRAZYMAMA KINGDOM?
Is there a website or something where I can purchase those tickets from the USA? Or, I have a friend in Japan for a month, where would she be able to buy these tickets for me?
Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance! <3333
